Not that I actually know much about technical things on art- I would say Lucina's body is a bit out of proportion but it still fits well together and still fulfills its purpose. (Anatomy: One of those things that every artist hates XD) The light rays from the sides were done very well but the top right corner could use some smoothing. Other than that, the grass, coloring and everything is very beautiful!

The background, grass and risen look very good. However, the clouds would probably look better if they were a smoother. Lucina looks mostly good (I especially like her hair) but her right leg and left arm seem a bit out of proportion. Something about her hips seems a bit off and her tiara is uneven. Lastly Falchion's blade turns at an inaccurate angle.
The coloring is very nice but a increase in contrast between shadows would added a more dramatic feel. Her hair and eyes are very nicely done. The grass once again looks very good.
